You can also download the .kmz file to share the file with a colleague or to save the tour to your own computer. To save the tour right click on the tour from the Places section of the toolbar. Save to My Places to save in Google Earth or Save Place as to save to your computer (you can then e mail the file or transfer using a flash drive). When you open a tour it will be added to the Places section of the toolbar. Check the tour and click on the subheadings to play.
